The style of YOGA used most in my practise is Embodied flow.
Every session is built on daily life changes. During the lessons those individual topics will be disassembled and reflected through meditation, breathing excercises and creative yoga sequences. You are going to learn the positive usage of the interactions of physical conditions and psycho- emotional processes.
At the end of these movement-intensive classes you will accommodate your body and mind.
In a longer final relaxation you let go completely and enjoy the state of inner peace and serenity and confidence .
